In March 2014, Spirit produced and launched the first ever, live online spin-off show for ITV’s well-known weekend entertainment programme, Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

The ‘After Show’ went live online, right off the back of the ITV show itself.  Special guests included Peter Andre, Paddy McGuinness and Ashley Roberts.  As well as the chance to see behind the scenes,  viewers were encouraged by the Geordie duo to tweet in their questions and comments using the hashtag #TakeawayAfterShow giving them a chance to really interact and be part of the show.

The #SaturdayNightAfterShow hashtag generated over 5 million impressions and trended 3^rd in the UK on Twitter within it’s 10-minute time frame!
